I2C Digital Wattmeters (SEN0291) no current reading

Hey, I recently bought 2 I2C Digital Wattmeters (SEN0291) to use on an Arduino based sensor board for solar power management. I used the provided code and schematics for calibration, but I cannot seem to get it to work. No matter what I do, it will display 0.0 mA for current. The voltage seems to be accurate. I tried to calibrate both with a regulated power supply and with a multimeter, but the problem persists. I also tried with different loads and different currents and still can't get it to display anything but 0.0 mA.

Does anyone know what the issue could be and potential solutions? Thanks!

HI

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please check the reading of Shunt Voltage? Is it accurate or not?

Also, could you please share us a video about how you use the module and which loads you are using for testing? Dose the load works well?

You can share us the video via Google drive, and set access to anyone.

Hope it can help.
