URM09 ultrasonic Sensor I2C version

Distance is displayed without any issue, but no matter what I do, temperature value is stuck. It only shows 30 degrees. I pointed sensor at ice cubes or heated pad and the value still didn't change. If somone would know how to solve it I'd be grateful for help.

Which IDE and board you are using for URM09 ultrasonic Sensor I2C version(SEN0304)? Are you using the demo code? If it is possible, could you send us a picture of your codes and serial monitor?
It could be an hardware issue if anything else is fine.
