SKU:DRI0039 Quad Driver not reversing motors

I am using pin 3 for an encoder, but I am using motor 3 so this should not be an issue I would think. Any ideas?

It is recommended that you use pin8 to control the motor direction.
If you post the code, we will help you solve the problem faster.
