SEN0262 - Common-mode voltage too high?

The wiki shows it used as a high-side current monitor, but based on the schematic, with a 24V sensor that means that the inputs of the op-amp are at ~12V, which is well above the common-mode voltage range of the TP5551 (Vcc+0.3V).
Can someone please help me understand how this circuit functions without damaging the op-amp?

Misread the wiring diagram, it's low-side, not high-side. That makes a lot more sense.
