Gravity: PPG Heart Rate Monitor Sensor for Arduino (Analog/Digital) With STM32F429 plate

Hey, I have the SEN20203 sensor and I would like to use it with my STM32F429 board, not being an arduino board it is complicating me several things. First I want to know if the libraries that already give us are compatible are STMCUBE IDE (My programming environment), since not using Arduino IDE I think they are not compatible. Even if I can not use the libraries, I can create the functions and connect it to my board, right?
