Unable to install Windows OS to SSD

Hi,

I am trying to install Windows 10 IoT to an SSD attached to my Latte Panda Delta 3. Unfortunately the installation always fail because the internal disk cannot be found.

As seen in the photo below, I have disabled the onboard eMMC storage storage as suggested here . Other than that, I have formatted the SSD to be GPT and it is present as seen through the Diskpart utility. 

What am I missing here? Thanks in advance for your help.
