Flexible Piezo Film Vibration Sensor Not working
GrandPa-G 2024-02-28 13:27:53 314 Views2 Replies I have the Flexible Piezo Film Vibration Sensor connected to Arduino Mega (also tried ESP32). Switch set to A. I get values but they don't seem to relate to any change in the piezo strip. I am doing a simple analogRead, like all the examples. Doing nothing to the strip, the values bounce around between about 160 to 240.
If I unplug the strip from the control board, I get the same random values.
Is this a bad unit? What should I do?

Did you fix your problem i have a similar problem like that mine is making 1k value
and it is scorching on the side of the board

The operation voltage of this module is 5V only, it's not compatible with 3.3V.
You could try to test it with an ordinary Arduino board.
