erplacement of touch screen

hello, I use the 2.8” USB TFT Touch Display Screen for Raspberry Pi Model B/Raspberry Pi 2 Model B already since 2016 and am very happy with it. I connect it to the RP with a USB cable. Now the product is out of production and I do not have spare ones anymore. I use it in combination with the RP3 B. Is there an alternative I can use from now on? Can anyone suggest a similar product? I need the mounting holes (could find some options but they are all to be mounted on the RP directly.
