Ring 1D 2D QR code scanner SEN0486 (GM 60)

Hello,
The QR code reader was purchased to check its operating parameters but it do not working propely.

Unfortunately, since the purchase it has not responded to any codes (checked e.g: Setup Code, QR, Code 128, etc.). In order to exclude all possible problems, the sensor itself is connected directly via a USB-TTL converter to the computer, and communication takes place via a terminal.

Currently the situation is as follows:
The sensor works and communicates correctly (it responds to sent commands and sends confirmation). Unfortunately, it does not respond in any way to codes (Setup Code too) with are approaching the reader. I already works directly on the sensor registers according to the documentation:

During configuration, I set the following parameters (main): ($==0x == HEX)

$7E$00$08$01$00$0D$3C$F5$1A (Input data encoding format UTF8, Output data encoding format UTF8, serial port output)

$7E$00$08$01$00$03$01$31$EB (Open Settlement Code & Output content of settlement code)

$7E$00$08$01$00$2C$01$27$33 (all bar code can be read;) 

or individually

$7E$00$08$01$00$3B$01$BD$D7 (Code 128 read yes)

$7E$00$08$01$00$49$01$D3$EC (QR Code read yes) 

$7E$00$08$01$00$00$8E$04$DF  (Open LED when successfully read, light Standard, Continuous Mode(Default))

Can I get information on what else can be done? uploading a new Software  version.

For information purposes, I restored the sensor to factory settings and it had no effect.

Current Hardware Version：V1.00 and Software Version 1.08
