SKU:SEN0001 sensor Compatibility with Jetson orin nano developer kit

I'm currently working on a project involving two ultrasonic sensors (connected via a Gravity IIC to Dual UART Module. The Jetson Orin Nano developer kit is used to establish communication via I2C. My goal is to read/write data from these ultrasonic sensors. the problem is I need to access the UART ports from IIC dual uart module . 

i connect the ultrasonic sensors direct to orin nano and it works
