5V solar manager enquiry

I connected my solar panel to the 5V solar manager and see the red CHG light, but I am not able to make it output. When I connect a 3.7v battery to the solar manager, the green output on light turns on but the CHG light will no longer be on.

Solar manager must be connected to a battery for stable output.
If the battery does not charge after connecting it, it may be that the battery is full, please measure the voltage of the battery, and it will stop charging when the battery voltage exceeds 4.2V.
