Mini MP3 player (DFR0299), any leds?

I am using a mini MP3 player (DFR0299).  Is it supposed to have any LEDs on it (power, playing etc)?.  Mine is all dark, even though 5V is present.   FWIW, I got mine off Amazon (so they may be bad clones and just don't work).  Thanks.
