touch screen problems with DFR0550 with raspberry 3B+

I bought some DFR0550 displays to use with Raspberry 3B+ at start the touch screen does not work properly and the display turns off for a moment and turns on again randomly. 

Also the pages change autonomously as if there were touches. 

Can you suggest me some solutions?

I tried with a 10A lab power supply but nothing changed.

Hi,

Are you able to power the Pi 3b+ with an adapter of a higher current specification?
If the power supply is insufficient, the touch function may not work properly.
