RGB LED Matrix 16x32 Panel connecting to Raspberry Pi 3 Model B +

Hello to whole DFROBOT people,

I've bought an 16x32 DRF0471 LED Matrix Panel and I'm in a need to connect it to the Raspberry Pi 3. 

Please if someone have more experience let me know the proper way to wire properly the jumper wires that are included in the package with the DFROBOT panel to the raspberry Pi. 

The closest that I get is screenshot attached in this post, but when i turn on the panel and the Pi, nothing happens, I'm not getting any picture on the monitor from the Pi, nor the panel is showing something.
