non contact liquid level sensor SEN0204

Hi Team

I am looking to use this sensor for a low coolant sensor/alarm on my car, problem is I can't get the sensor output wire to activate a 12v buzzer or a 12v relay as I would also need to switch the output as it's positive when it detects liquid & zero when liquid is not present. is it possible with this sensor or is there another sensor that would be better to use
