- Topic: Upload issue with USB cableYou Reply: Yes, I can upload with other PC ( I tested with a Mac, a laptop with win7 and another laptop with Win10).
Just on my own laptop, I have this problem only with Romeo BLE and other Arduino boards (UNO, 101) is working with this laptop)
Also, I can upload the sketch with Bluetooth dongle, the only problem is uploading with USB cable on only this laptop !

Remove the wires on serial port, i.e. Digital pin 0,1, if there were.
If the LED Link was ON, please disconnect the connection between Arduino card and your phone/PC /BLE device, make sure the LED link is OFF.
There is no wires on serial port, D0,D1 on RoMeo BLE

Uninstall Arduino and re-install it again and have the same issue
I try this board in Ubuntu and have the same error message.
