    So what you are saying is that, although there is a guide with flashing instructions and provided source code, users are actually not suppose to or encouraged to follow them for development?

    What I was referring to was making light modifications to the firmware of the 644PA.

    I can already successfully flash compiled sources via both of the methods (ArduinoISP and USBASP).

    Or are you implying that the source code for this unit is not provided, and that significant changes are required to be made to the posted firmware and firmware_v2 sources in order to obtain original functionality?

  • You Reply: I've purchased a USBASB programmer which avoids the bootloader.

    I still can't get default functionality with the posted source even using the arduino builder and/or codeblocks.

    Any help Would be appreciated.
