sorry for not replying you soon because i was busy this days
i checked for the chipping costs this week to return my board to DFRobot but i was really shocked by the heavy prices or the shipping companies here in my country Morocco
Sending an international coil to china is really expensive .. it costs about 75$ for shipping fees & that prices will increase more after adding the customer & administrative fees !!! its close to be the price to buy a new LP again
there is no low cost shipping ways in my country especially for long distances delivery
if LP board return is necessary !! i should have a refund of the shipping costs too if you agree sir
i can make a video to show you how LP fail to boot & dont react to any operation described in the preview posts to fix that point and i will upload it to DFRobot email too if that can avoid the return option as an alternative
As a programmer & maker!! i really understand that kind of problems when a new product get that kind of problems in some stages but its really an expensive board that i bough just by curiosity
i wish really to solve that problem as soon as possible please

I tried today to reflash the bios with the methos that you send me in the link

it started rebooting periodically after a few days .. but yesterday it shutdown without being able to reboot again ..
it dont show anything on the screen when i turn it on .. the state of the leds seem working well,, the blue led blink & the red led too & after a few second the blue led stay lighting & the red led turn off normally then i press the boot button then the red led light on again but the screen dont show anything ... everything is black, no logo no any kind of writing on the screen (im using the hdmi port) .. my LCD screen dont detect any connected device .. i cant see any system settings when i press F2 to acces to the bios information
i tried my touchscreen lcd that i bought with LP too & i have the same results !! it still black ,, & his background lighting dont turn on also ???
it seem working but without having any picture
or dead
i dont know what i should do !!!!!
im sure its not a power problem because it worked well with my actual power supply taht providing him the necessary feed to work well (5V/3A Power supply)
i didnt connected it to any other devices yet or trying ony project on it & i was just using it as a laptop for coding & software tests with visual studio 2013 & arduino IDE only .. so i didnt breaked anything on it
any help please to solve this problem
its really bad to buy an expensive toy like this one with 280$ & seeing it shutting down like that after one month of use or maybe less
I had lots of dreams to do with it but what happened to it is so bad
