  • You Reply: Hi. I have 3 of these mp3 players and found that none of them appeared to be working with the same problem as mentioned above. I found that the file names have to be named specifically 0001.mp3. Even if in Windows Explorer the file type is mp3, the file name still has to be 0001.mp3. The lack of a .mp3 extension is the problem.
