- You Reply: you will need a lipo charger... on most lipo chargers you can set the amp... it is normal to charge a lipo with 1c that means that if you have a 2200mAh (2.2Ah) that will take 1 hour at 2.2Amp (if fully empty, which it should NEVER be) the battery is full when each cell is at 4.2v and may only be discharged to around 3,3v
