If the LINK led is blinking it means it has not paired successfully. I suggest you to try with other device to pair it and check the LED, for example, with a smartphone(many have Bluetooth)

Hi, Jose
1. before pairing LED STATE on my bluetooth module is blinking often (several times per second)
2. after pairing (with laptop, smartphone) this LED is blinking seldom
3. after connection (through Bluetooth Terminal 4ex https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=Qwerty.BluetoothTerminal), LED LINK is ON, LED STATE is blinking seldom, but I still have not any data transmission.

You Reply:
After the pairing of both devices, what is the status of the LED's on the Bluetooth module?
LINK is OFF
STATE is blinking (about 1 blinks every 2 seconds)
just in case switches:
LINK-LED is ON
AT Mode is OFF

You Reply: And how can I check baudrate of my Bluetooth module? I do not have USB to Serial module like https://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route=product/product&filter_name=usb&product_id=104#.UYkFCPmLDIc
But I tried to put the baudrate of 9600 and 57600, and paying attention to sure my Bluetooth module baudrate is the same as my code.
Can you have more suggestions? (:

You Reply: Sorry if this question has already been on the forum - I have not found, and I'm sorry for my poor English.
I purchased a DIY Remote Control Robot Kit https://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=37_111&product_id=570 with RoMeo V2 [R3] microcontroller https://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/Romeo_V2-All_in_one_Controller_(R3)_(SKU:DFR0225) DF-BluetoothV3 https://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/DF-BluetoothV3_Bluetooth_module_(SKU:TEL0026)
Pairing works, tried on different systems (Windows 7, Windows 7 x64, MAC OS, ANDROID 2.3, 4.1, 4.2). For communication BT via com-port I used: IVT BlueSoleil, CoolTerm, TeraTerm; on Android: SENA BTerm, Bluetooth Terminal, etc.
My problem is that no data transmission occur after pairing.
