this was super helpful! For the DFR1140, I removed the same part and got a deep sleep current of 10-11uA. I haven't tested it yet with my original code to see how it affects functionality yet.

I just purchased a DFR1140 Firebeetle 2 as well and even with no code running other than deep sleep, I'm seeing ~170uA as well. This is also with the low power trace cut. Using a Fluke 8808A to measure the current.
