    Most ultrasonic distance sensors aren't waterproof, which can be a problem if you need your project to withstand the elements outdoors. No need to worry anymore! We have developed this waterproof ultrasonic distance sensor with a waterproof sealed emitter.

    The newly upgraded V2.0 now features built-in temperature compensation for reliable readings in changing weather and provides a defined accuracy of ±(1+S*0.5%). Its wider 3.3V to 5V operating voltage makes it compatible with even more microcontrollers. This sensor is perfectly suitable for outdoor applications such as car reversing sensors, security alarms, industrial inspection, and more. What will you make?


    Version Update (V1.0 → V2.0, 10/7/2025):

    Enhanced Accuracy & Stability: The V2.0 sensor now includes built-in temperature compensation and a defined accuracy of ±(1+S*0.5%), providing much more reliable and consistent measurements in changing conditions.

    Improved Versatility:

  • The operating voltage range has been expanded to DC 3.3V-5V, making it compatible with 3.3V microcontrollers.
  • The operating temperature range is now wider, from -20°C to 70°C.
  • The detection angle has been focused to 60° to reduce side interference.

    • Structural & Spec Adjustments:

  • The sensor has a new physical appearance and a slimmer profile, with dimensions of 42 x 29 x 12 mm.
  • The detection range has been adjusted to 24cm ~ 500cm.
  • The quiet current is now 8mA.
