Introduction

The FireBeetle Board-328P with BLE4.1 is a low-power consumption microcontroller featuring an ATmega328P processor and a DIALOG BLE 4.1 chip. It operates at 3.3V (8MHz) and is compatible with Arduino Pro/Pro Mini. The board supports both BLE central and peripheral modes, multi-device cascade (up to 4 devices), and P2P wireless programming. Key low-power features include a 25µA standby current and dual interrupt wakeup capabilities. It has an onboard lithium battery charging circuit (400mA max) and can be powered by a 3.7V Li-ion battery or 3.7V-5.5V via VCC. Peripherals include 14 digital I/O, 6 analog inputs, SPI, I2C, and UART.

FireBeetle Board-328P with BLE4.1 Features

FireBeetle BLE 4.1 is compatible with the Bluno series (BLE 4.0) and performs much better. FireBeetle Board-328P with BLE4.1 is equipped with a more stable DIALOG Bluetooth 4.1 chip, supporting a maximum 4Kbyte/s transmission rate and low power consumption (25uA POWER DOWN). It can be directly applied to low power consumption application such as wearable and intelligent tools and so on.
