High-Speed 240MHz CPU with 4MB Flash

Powered by the Xtensa® LX7 core, the module handles complex tasks like real-time data processing and edge AI inference, while 4MB flash ensures ample storage for firmware.


Ultra-Low Power Modes for Battery Efficiency

Dynamic voltage scaling and RTC sleep modes extend battery life in wireless sensors and portable devices, with wake-up via touch sensors or threshold triggers.


Rich Peripherals: USB OTG, Touch, LCD & Camera

43 GPIOs support SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, and LCD/camera interfaces, while USB OTG enables direct host/device communication without extra chips.


Industrial-Grade Reliability

Operates reliably in -40°C to 85°C environments with FCC/CE/SRRC certifications, ideal for harsh conditions and mass production.


Note: This module is recommended for developers currently. The peripheral circuit needs to be soldered when using, and few peripheral interfaces may not perform the full functionality of the sample code. There are still bugs that have to be found and fixed.
