UNO with wifi

Hi Guys and girls,

I am new here,

I am considering using an UNO with Wifi .

Mostly because i am having trouble communicating with the comports on my laptop.
And even to learn something new.

I have done quite a few controller using arduino uno where the pins are all used even 0,1 . The Uno with the wifi does it have limited ports?
And can i use the wifi to change the code without connecting any cables, when the wifi code is done?
