DFR0781 Bluetooth Module Reprogramming

I'm using a DFR0781 bluetooth module for one of my audio projects. It's a nice module, but I'd like to squeeze a few more features out of it if possible (album art retrieval, bt song name, etc.). Is it possible to reprogram the SOC on this module, and/or is the original programming of the SOC available anywhere?
