Hi Support

We purchased a LattePanda 2 Delta 432 with 7"eDP Touch Display (see below). We followed the instructions given on the DFRobot website, and the display works great, images are excellent, but the touch feature does not work at all

I have tried to update the GoodIX Touch driver as well, but that did not work either. Would you have any suggestions?

Regards

Arif

Maybe you need a replacement.

I have a LATTEAPAND Alpha M3-8100Y, but after installing the auto-on bios, [retro bowl](https://retrobowlgo.com/) the power turns on but the computer does not boot.

Hi Xingzhao, for some reason the “Touch” feature was “disabled” in the BIOS of my Panda. Once “enabled”, now the screen works great. Thank you for your help.

Hello Arif,

I would recommend that you check the connection of the touch panel cable, which is shown below.

If the display works fine then there is a high chance that the screen itself is intact. Try to disconnect the touch cable and then reconnect it and see if that helps.

Best Regards,

Xingzhao

Hi, Ive tried to disconnect the touch cable and then reconnect, but it has not helped. There are test points to the touch connector, when I touch the screen, there is no activity on any of the test points. Looks like a driver problem??
