DFR0342 version problems

I have noticed that the DFR0342 W5500 Ethernet Board with POE IOT has two PCB versions and I would like to know which one is better and why.
I have read in the comments that version 2 has incompatibility problems with the Ethernet protocol but it does not explain it. What kind of incompatibility problems does it have?
Looking at the schematic I have noticed that there are some variations between version 1 and version 2, specifically, pins 7 and 8 of the RJ45 in version 1 are connected to the SP1 signal and in version 2 they are connected to the CT1 signal. Why is this?
Also, looking at the schematics, I don't understand where the Vpoe signal, in version 2, comes from. Does anyone know?
What are the specifications of the transformer in version 2?
