Turbidity controlled solenoid valves

Hi Guys, I'm doing a college project and need some help. The project is an automated composition flow control system. I want to use a turbidity sensor and an arduino to switch 2 valves to send clean/clear water to one tank and when a cloudy solution is added, one solenoid valve will close and the other will open and send the cloudy liquid to another tank. How could I do this and what components will I need? thanks.
