SEN0186 - Rain Bucket & Wind Speed calculation formulas

Greetings,

I happen to have SEN0186 without the control card and i'm trying to make it work with my custom PCB.

It works, no problem, but how do i convert the pulse i get from the rain bucket and wind speed to mm/h & m/s respectively ?

I count & calculate pulses per minute for both, but what is the multiplier for them ?
