Integrating the sensor conversion boards for the liquid sensors into my own PCB

I am currently using SEN0464 ORP sensor, SEN0237-A DO sensor, SEN0169-V2 ph sensor, SEN0244 TDS sensor and DFR0300 EC sensor for a mobile water quality monitoring platform. All of the accompanying 'converter' boards are a hassle to wire and take up a lot of space. I am getting to the point where I want to make a PCB for the microcontroller and all the electronics I need, but I cant find any schematics or even a good description of what the converter boards are doing, such that I could integrate them myself. Is this something DFRobot would assist with?
