Question: Conductivity Sensor Switch(Gravity)

I am searching for a sensor that will be used for distinguish steel( stainless steel ) and paper

I want that Conductivity Sensor Switch is not working if steel is covered by paper( thickness is under 0.05mm )

is this sensor(Gravity: Conductivity Sensor Switch) appropriate for my projects
