Hi:

We accept return.  But before issuing the RMA, please go the following procedure.

First, check the usb cable. We do find some usb cable is not proper design which may stop the PC recognize the Romeo.  If you happen to have an Arduino board, use a USB cable that can work with Arduino will help to erase the usb cable problem. If you do not have the board, try to hold the USB cable firmly with different direction. Sometime the loose of connection between Romeo and cable will cause the problem as well.

Second, did you see the power led is on when you plug the romeo.

Thanks for your answer.

The USB cable is ok, I checked it with an other board.
I tried to hold the USB cable with different direction and it's still not recognized.

The power led is on when the board is connected. And it's still working : when I connect my APC220 (wireless) to the board and to the computer, I can see my sketch running, in the serial monitor.

Sorry for my english.
• You Reply: Hello,

A few months ago I bought on DFRobot a Romeo controller. However, it's not recognized anymore by my computer after using it 2 or 3 times (= 1-2 hours I think). I have tried all I could (drivers, computer...).

The FTDI chip must be dead...

What should I do ? Do you accept returns for that reason ?

Thanks in advance.

Indeed, I plan to use the camera with a computer next to the robot.

Unfortunately, the access to this page is blocked in my country (France). I don't know why. I've tried with a proxy and I have the same problem.

Anyway, I think it looks like this http://cgi.ebay.com/2-4GHZ-Wireless-Camera-Set-2-0-USB-RECEIVER-NEW-/370477708854?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5642313636#ht_1852wt_1139 (cheaper, I hope =°).

See you soon.
