Disabling the firewall didn't help. Looking at the download link it seems to be a .crdownload file (https://dfimg.dfrobot.com/nobody/wiki/9d3ae205bc323a916241ad1ce41039ba.crdownload) unlike the 32bit version (https://dfimg.dfrobot.com/nobody/wiki/e829eee8c280ca89cb03c9b6701db2f4.zip) which is a .zip

Running as an adminstrator didn't help either. But I suspect the issue is running the 32bit version on an 64bit machine.
