I need your help !

I have a project to transfer pH measurements via WiFi.

Because I have other probes in the same tank, I need total isolation between the probe and the Shelly Uni board (0-5V analog input).

I don't want an Arduino or other board behind the interface (apart from an isolation interface), because I have a distant Rpi server with Home Assistant inside.

I don't know which cards I need.

I imagine:

pH meter-Pro but which card. V1 or V2 ? (I imagine preferring V1 than V2 because of better range (5V for V1 / 3V for V2)). 12V should be better because my Power supply, but… Am I reasoning correctly?

I don't understand what kind of signal is on the pH interface output. Is it linear analog (0/5V) or digital (I2c or other)?

Do I have to use a analog isolating board (DFR0504) or digital signal isolating board (DFR0565 ) ?

If it’s analog, I can connect directly to my Shelly-Uni analog input board. If it’s digital, what type of board should I take between isolating card and my Shelly-Uni ? ( DAC like DFR0552 ?)
